WB Oasis scholarship program is an initiative by the West Bengal government for supporting the students of West Bengal to get enrolled in their further studies. Eligibility for West Bengal Oasis scholarship program
The eligibility criteria for Oasis scholarship program for different class is as follows-
Eligibility for SC/ST castes students for Pre-matric scholarship:
The students should belong to SC/ST community, parent/guardian annual income should be less than Rs 2 lakh and students should be studying in class 9 and 10 are eligible for the WB Oasis Scholarship registration program.
Eligibility for SC/ST castes students for Post-matric scholarship:
The students should belong to SC/ST community, parent/guardian annual income should be less than Rs 2.5 lakh and students should be studying in post-secondary or post-matriculation level, are eligible for the West Bengal oasis scholarship registration program.
Eligibility for OBC castes students for Post-matric scholarship:

How to apply online for the West Bengal Oasis scholarship program?
Students who want to register for the oasis scholarship registration program, have to follow the simple steps-
- Visit the Official website of the scholarship scheme program.
- Now click on the option of “Student’s Registration” option.
- On the next page you will have to select the district of your institute.
- Now on the new page enter the details asked with captcha.
- Upload your caste certificate copy and click on Submit.
- Your registration process is completed.
Login to the portal for application form
- Visit the official website of the scholarship scheme program.
- Now click on the option of “Registered Student’s Login” option.
- Enter the user id and password
- Now you will see option for apply.
- This will take you to the application form page.
- Click on save and proceed option and click on download or print the form.
- Once done, submit the form to your district’s Block Development Office(BDO) or PO cum DWO for municipal corporation.

- Now you will have to enter the “Application number, District, Year and captcha”.
